Salem Pre School opened in the fall of 1971.  Salem Covenant Church was new in the neighborhood and we wanted to reach out to our new community.  From one class in 1971, we have grown to six classes each week, 4 classes for four year olds and 2 classes for three year olds.  We are proud of the fact that all of our teachers have college degrees in elementary and/or early childhood education.  We have been together as a staff for many years challenging, teaching and loving the children in a creative way.  Salem Pre School will provide a positive start to the beginning of your child’s school experience.

The first five years of a child’s life are very important in forming the attitudes and traits which they will carry with them in later life. Through games, crafts, creative dramatics, stories, music, indoor and outdoor play and sharing time, we hope to help each child grow socially, emotionally, intellectually and spiritually and move toward a positive self-image.

Openings for Fall 2013-14 :
